No More Goodbyes

by Kevin Sinclair

I don't have tomorrow
I only have today
And you're so beautiful
I'd really like to stay
This road is long
And I need a rest
So I'll lay down beside you
Because you're the best.

When you wake in the morning
To find that I've gone
Don't feel any sorrow
There'll be no need to mourn
One of these days I'll be
Passing this way again
Needing you to hold me
Needing you to ease my pain.

And though I loved you
Like no one else before
I won't say goodbye
Cause I'll be back for sure
I was born a drifter
The road is my home
With you in my memory
I'm never alone.

So hold me to your breast
Hold me so tight
I don't want to go
To leave you tonight
We have much to discover
Even more to learn
There's no sad farewells
Because I will return.
