Blackledge Okay, you're online now and you've made a decision that you want to earn a few extra dollars just like the people do in all of those late-night infomercials. There are millions of commercial websites online now, and the internet is extremely competitive. In fact, the commercial side of the internet is like a war-zone. Duck, or you might get hit by something. It is well-nigh impossible to earn substantial money, say $300.00 dollars a month, and up, just stumbling along. All of those paid-to-surf deals and reading e-mails for pennies a mail, have been overexposed, and scandalized, such that people just don't believe in them anymore. The thrill passed out of those types of online businesses a long time ago. If you want to succeed as an online entrepreneur, you have to set goals for yourself. Write out a business plan, even if it's just a few short lines on a notepad. What is it that you want to accomplish? What kinds of businesses interest you? Then you have to study, and read till your eyes ache. Learn all you can, from whatever sources that you can. Most of all you must have determination and patience. Even the wealthiest online entrepreneurs { the so-called internet gurus } had to start from the same place everyone else had to start. -- The beginning. You're going to make mistakes. So keep a positive attitude and refuse to let the temporary setbacks take you out of the game. Finally, be proud of yourself. Because you're running an online business.
